Aesthetics by Sondra® started as a Skin & Body Care Salon located in Long Beach (Naples), California. ABS started with 2 employees and as the years went on we employed over 10. In 1999, ABS moved its location to Lake Havasu City, AZ. As a salon we provide professional services, education and now a complete quality and pure product line. Our Philosophy is "We Make You More Beautiful Inside & Out"
Orders received by 12 PM, MST (Arizona)
will be shipped between 7-10 business days via priority mail. Most
products will be shipped within 1-2 business days via Priority Mail.
All shipments are shipped with a "Delivery Confirmation" label so that
the package can be tracked via United States Postal Service and can be
tracked by going to http://www.usps.com
and refer to the "track package" page and enter your confirmation
number. Your confirmation number will be emailed the day your
products are shipped. Should there be any delays other than mentioned above, you will be contacted directly by our Customer Service Department. Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact? A: All BeautyPro's shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, and we've chosen shippers with excellent track records.
Q: Can we trace our package? A: All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. To guarantee delivery a "Delivery Confirmation Receipt" is attached to every package. Your package can be tracked by accessing http://www.usps.com and refer to the "Track Package" Tab on this website. Enter your tracking number which is supplied to the customer via email once package is shipped.
