A few years ago I started to write a book, which was to include my experiences in the art of healing techniques.  I meditated daily as to what should be written.  A writer I am not so when words of inspiration were given I wrote what was given.  For about three months, in my daily mediations I was given one-line statements, which became the title of most of the poems  written in this book.  I am not certain if I am to write on techniques of healing or if this booklet of poems was to be my only writing I will still meditate and wait for answers and direction.

I have been in the skin care industry since 1982 and have met many people.  Many of those that came across my path have become and have remained my true friends and clients.  They have touched my heart in many ways, have encouraged me to put these poems in print. After meditating and long thought process, I have or should I say we have decided to go through with this printing.  Thank you to all my clients and friends.

Most of the poems have been inspired through meditation others from childhood memories and personal experiences.
