Return Policy

All SALES (Store and Internet Sales)

All Sales are final on any purchase of products, services or series.  NO REFUNDS. It is our policy to give a store credit which can be applied towards any service or products offered by Aesthetics by Sondra-BeautyPro's.

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return item or items shipped by beautypros.com for a store credit less shipping & handling  and less a 25% re-stocking fee. The credit may be applied towards another product or service, (additional shipping & handling charges will apply for replacement or additional orders) under any of the following circumstances:

bullet Item is in new condition (unopened) with original packaging and accessories
bullet Item was received damaged or defective
bullet Incorrect item was shipped

We'll  provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.  (We’re sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.)  

If your return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the original sales amount  and a  store credit will be issued.  Once your return has been received, a store credit will be applied to your account within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

If you have any questions regarding your return please send e-mail to sondra@beautypros.com.  In your e-mail, include your order number and your reason for the return, i.e.: 

bullet Ordered the wrong item
bullet Received an item that was not ordered
bullet Item was damaged, defective, or missing parts

A representative will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item or items.
