History of Healing

In ancient times, the wise men studied UNIVERSAL ENERGY and began to apply it in their daily lives much as we are doing today. They began to use this LIVING LIFE FORCE to heal, harmonize and balance life as expressed on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. During these times, communication was very primitive so the ancients developed a system of symbols to allow the knowledge to be passed on through time.

As the knowledge of LIVING LIGHT ENERGY has traveled through time and space, it has manifested in various systems such as AYURVEDA in India, TAOIST MEDICINE in China, and KAHUNA HEALING in Hawaii, just to name a few. Attention was focused on each individual system and the universal connection was forgotten.

In this time, we are blessed with the rediscovery of the ancient symbols and the ability to teach and use them. Dr. Mikao Usui encountered the symbols again in the late 19th century and named the system REIKI. Other systems are being "re-membered" every day as we expand our consciousness to the infinite possibilities of absolute knowledge made manifest on this plane. We again have wise men and women who are dedicating their lives as master teachers and therapists and who are willing to share this ancient wisdom with all those who desire to receive it.
